This program is designed for the seller who wants a little extra in the way of marketing and a professional to manage the entire process. In addition to the services already mentioned, this program includes the following:

  • In home consultation…We set-up the listing for you! This includes room measurements, professional photography, preparing a property description for your home and more.
  • Open Houses (limited to 3)
  • MLS Tour (where available and offered)
  • Professional Photography AND Virtual Tour (up to 40 images. Virtual tour can be exchanged for a Twilight Shoot or Ariel photography)
  • Unlimited Color Graphics
  • SUPRA Lockbox for Agents
  • Metal Yard Sign with Solvent Realty Group phone number and website
  • Full Time Assigned Agent
  • $2495 setup and you choose the buyer agents commission

POWER LIST: This is our best selling program and is designed for the seller who wants to save a lot of money, but still wants a professional to set up the listing, handle the incoming calls and manage the process. In addition to the services already mentioned, this program also includes:

  • Professional photography (36 image limit)

BUDGET LIST (For Lease Properties ONLY): this program is highly economical and very effective. This if for the Landlord who wants us to handle and control more of the transaction when leasing a property. Program features and terms include:

  • SUPRA Lockbox for Agents
  • Metal Yard Sign with Solvent Realty Group phone number and website
  • Profesional photography (25 image limit)
  • Unlimited assistance with negotiations, questions, tenant screening and lease preparation
  • $995 setup fee and you choose the tenants agents commission
  • 6 month commitment, (landlord can cancel anytime with no penalty)

NOTE: Package prices are valid for all properties being listing for sale or for lease in the MLS System.

NOTE:  There is $250 flat fee to add your property as a For Lease listing while also being a For Sale listing with Solvent Realty Group. Lease listings require a separate set of listing documents and the data must be entered a second time into a separate system.

NOTE: Farm/Ranch Properties have a $500 surcharge added to the cost of any of the Residential listing package fees.
